Ordering within UK

Accessories: Bags, Brooches, Prints, Miniatures
From receipt of order to dispatch – up to 2 weeks

Limited Edition Garments:
From receipt of order to dispatch – up to 3

Bespoke Garments:
The length of time for a bespoke commissioned garment will vary depending on the design and the client’s specifications. Please contact us at info@sarahhollebon.co.uk to book a free consultation in order to discuss your specific garment.



Postage Within UK

All orders posted within UK are posted first class and tracked. Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Overseas orders, prior to checkout, please email us your destination details in order to calculate the costs.

Collection can be arranged from our studio: 26 Kingly Street, Carnaby, London W1B 5QD



Accessories and Limited Edition Garments:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, please in the first instance email us at info@sarahhollebon.co.uk  

Upon receipt a full refund will be issued. Returned items will be accepted within 35 days of the invoice date, unworn, tags attached, and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return postage and is strongly  recommended items returned are tracked. 

Bespoke Garments:
As we work one to one with you, unfortunately bespoke commissioned garments are non-returnable and non-refundable, however should you feel unsatisfied with your final garment, we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.
